Halal‑Certified Cosmetics Across the GCC
Challenge: A Korean cosmetics brand wanted to launch halal‑certified products across multiple GCC markets, navigating different regulations and communicating the brand’s halal and clean‑beauty positioning.
Solution: We guided the brand through regulatory registration and compliance. Positioning emphasised halal certification and clean ingredients. We partnered with Muslim skincare influencers who focused on halal products and produced educational content explaining halal skincare. Paid ads targeted audiences interested in halal and vegan beauty.
Results: Sales grew by 300 % in the first quarter. Over half of customers cited influencers as the primary discovery channel, validating the importance of influencer marketing. The brand secured distribution agreements in Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain within six months.
