Launching a Korean Skincare Brand in the UAE

Challenge: A mid‑sized Korean skincare company lacked brand awareness in the UAE and needed to build trust quickly without overspending on traditional advertising.

Solution: We selected a group of micro‑ and macro‑influencers from the UAE and Korea and produced bilingual Reels and TikTok videos showcasing authentic skincare routines. Our UGC Studio created tutorials, before/after demos and testimonials. We organised a pop‑up launch event in Dubai with sampling bars and live skin consultations, capturing content for retargeting. Paid ads targeted skincare enthusiasts with conversion‑optimised creative.

Results: The campaign delivered a 4.8× return on ad spend within six weeks, attracted over 12,000 event attendees and generated more than five million impressions. Repeat purchases increased by 18 %, and the brand secured long‑term distribution deals in the UAE.
